  • Please call ahead for return authorization. Every attempt will be made to be timely in returning your equipment.
  • Repair support will be for Peter Engh products only. Brand X equipment, such as 8 pin cables and boom poles, must be sent to the original manufacturer or vender for repair.

UPS and FED EX are preferred. U.S. Postal services is fine, however, send FIRST CLASS and no signature required .

  • Include a cover letter with contact information inside the box.
  • Please give detailed instructions, even though the repair may have been discussed over the phone.
COSTS:
  • Non-warranty repairs are subject to $50 minimum charge.  
  • Cables, for example, which have seen many years of service are sometimes not worth repairing, and should be replaced.
  • Calling ahead will help keep costs down.
